All amounts indicated in Canadian dollars.
*All prices subject to taxes: GST (5%) and PST (9.98%)
*A 20$ cleaning fee per stay, per room will be added.
Payments can be made by e-transfer or cheque.
Reservations are subject to guests meeting all requirement and signing an agreement.
Payment will be refunded in full (minus a 20$ fee) if cancellation is made at least 30 days before the date of arrival.
Payment will be 50% refunded if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the arrival date.
No refunds if cancellation is done without at least 14 days' notice.

Agreement and House Rules
Reservations are subject to guests meeting our conditions and signing an agreement where they commit to respecting our house rules.
Conditions
People who are allergic to or afraid of animals (farm animals and pets) should not book a room with us.
This is a farm: expect to get dirty!
House Rules
- Owners and welcomed guests enjoy the peace and quiet this place offers, so respect for this general rule is mandatory. Children who wish to play and be 'reasonably noisy' can do so outside and away from the house.
- Guests are not allowed access to: the living room, the kitchen nook, the office, the barn, chicken coop, and the owner's bedroom.
- Access to goat and alpaca paddocks is allowed once adult guests have received instructions. Adult supervision is required at all times.
- The horse paddock is accessible only with the permission of and in the presence of caretakers, who are responsible for them.
- The pool is accessible between 8am and 8pm on week days, and between 9am and 9pm on weekends. Children must be supervised at all times within the pool enclosure.
- The ping-pong table can be used between 2pm and 8pm on week days and between 9am and 8pm on weekends.
- Building a fire in the fire pit is allowed upon obtaining permission from one of the owners. (Permission will be denied if wind conditions make this unsafe.)
- Guests accept full responsibility for any injury that may incur on the premises. You are advised that goats may nibble on clothes and hair if given a chance. You should wear closed shoes inside the paddocks.
- There are no locks on bedroom doors. We will not enter your bedroom during your stay, unless there is an emergency. If you have valuables and are worried, we suggest locking them up in your car.
- Guests agree to pay for any damage or destruction to the property or loaned equipment for which they or their children are responsible, intentional or not.
